Filament Tape Guide

Pack and Stick stocks premium filament tape from Stylus Tapes for bundling, carton reinforcing, and pallet securing in warehousing and logistics operations. Filament tape uses embedded fibreglass strands to deliver significantly higher tensile strength than standard packaging tape, making it the right choice where loads are heavy, irregular, or require reinforcement against splitting and tearing in transit.

Two grades are available: one-way (monodirectional) filament tape for lengthwise reinforcement, and crossweave (bidirectional) filament tape for applications where both lengthwise and lateral strength are required. Both are available in bulk with custom cut widths and fast delivery across Australia.

• Stylus 801 One Way Premium Filament Tape: A monodirectional filament tape with 280N/25mm tensile strength, providing high resistance to lengthwise tearing. Suited to bundling, palletising, and carton reinforcement where lengthwise load is the primary concern. Available in widths from 12mm to 48mm with custom cuts.
• Stylus 802 Crossweave Premium Filament Tape: A bidirectional crossweave filament tape with 650N/25mm tensile strength, providing resistance to both lengthwise and lateral tearing. Suited to securing irregular or heavy loads, reinforcing cartons on all axes, and heavy bundling applications. Available in widths from 12mm to 96mm with custom cuts.

Both tapes are stocked in bulk and available with custom cut widths. As a guide, use Stylus 801 for general bundling and palletising, and the Stylus 802 where irregular loads or bidirectional strength are required. Contact Pack and Stick for volume pricing or cut-to-width enquiries.
