Can I get a printed sample before ordering?

No, we can't print a sample before a full run. Your artwork proof shows how your design will look on the tape, including layout, colours and repeat, and printing only starts once you approve it. We can send you a sample custom printed tape roll with a generic print. 

Will I see a proof before printing?

Yes. We send you a digital artwork proof, and printing only starts after you approve it in writing.

What artwork file should I send?

Vector files (AI, EPS or high-resolution PDF) give the sharpest print. If you only have a JPG or PNG, send it anyway and we'll let you know if it can be used.

Can you match my brand colours?

Yes. We match PMS (Pantone) colours, but there is an extra colour matching charge. Just include your PMS codes when you request a quote.

Can you store my printed tape and send it as I need it?

Yes. We can hold your printed stock and dispatch it as you need it, subject to our terms and conditions. Email sales@packandstick.com.au to set this up.

What widths and roll lengths are available?

We print custom tape in 24mm, 36mm, 48mm, 72mm and 144mm widths. Polypropylene tape comes in 66m and 100m rolls, plus 1000m machine rolls. Kraft paper tape comes in 48m rolls, plus 490m machine rolls.

How much does custom printed tape cost?

Pricing depends on the tape type, the number of print colours, the quantity and whether you need PMS colour matching. Send us your logo and quantity through the quote form or to sales@packandstick.com.au and we'll reply with a price, usually the same day.

Is there a setup fee?

A one-off print plate (setup) fee may apply to smaller orders. It's often waived on larger orders, and any setup fee is shown on your quote before you commit. Reorders of the same design don't pay it again.

Do I pay the setup fee again when I reorder?

No. Once your design is set up, you can reorder the same design without paying the setup fee again. Just email sales@packandstick.com.au with your previous order details and quantity.

How many colours can you print?

Up to 5 print colours, plus a choice of background colour. The more colours in your design, the higher the price, so a 1 or 2 colour version of your logo is the most cost-effective option.

How long does custom printed tape take?

About 10 to 14 business days from artwork approval to delivery. The clock starts once you approve your proof in writing, so a quick sign-off means faster delivery.

What is the minimum order for custom printed tape?

One carton, which is 36 rolls of 48mm tape. The price per roll drops as you order more, with bigger savings at 2, 5 and 10 or more cartons.
