How Tape Printing Works

Our tapes are printed in Australia using flexographic printing, a method that utilises printing plates to transfer ink onto the tape surface. This technique allows for sharp, consistent designs, typically accommodating up to 3-5 PMS colours, depending on the tape material.

Widths Available: From 24mm to 144mm,

Roll Lengths: Standard lengths for polypropylene tape include 66m and 100m, with machine rolls of 1000m. For Custom Printed Kraft Paper Tape, machine rolls of 490m are available 

Minimum Order Quantity: Starting from 36 rolls for 48mm wide tape.

Lead Time: Approximately 10-14 business days from artwork approval to delivery.

2. Receive a Quote: We’ll assess your requirements and provide a quotation.
   

3. Approve Artwork: After you’ve confirmed the quote and provide us with a vector file of your design (AI, EPS, or PDF), our design team will create a proof for your approval before production.
   

4. Production & Delivery: Once approved, we’ll commence printing and arrange prompt delivery across Australia.
